International Trip - July 19-20, 2020

Easy to tell we arrived in Mexico!
Mexico was our destination yesterday.  Karen & I returned to our boondock site via China.  Enroute we observed signs that led us towards Norway, Peru, Poland, Denmark and Sweden.  And we never left Maine!  Like many states, Maine has numerous towns named for other places and we enjoyed joking as we drove through the byways of rural Maine yesterday.  Today we got back on our bicycles for a rail trail south of Augusta.
Before heading to Mexico, we stopped to see
1,700 pounds of chocolate Moose and
540 pounds of mama bear and cubs.

If you thought the Freeport Indian was Big,
go to Skowhegan.  This lady is over 80 feet tall!
Karen is visible, but just.

A typical Mainer's mailbox.  You'll notice
it's suspended by chains so it merely
swings as the snowplow blasts by.

It was another beautiful bicycle ride today.

The same Greenway bicycle path here
in Maine is also .  .  .

Beautiful views of the Kennebec River today

Lots of Heat in Maine!  We saw temps in the low 90s
with humidity like Florida!  😮

Hussey's General Store: "If we ain't got it, you don't need it!"

Are these items in the correct order?
Maybe it should read: "Beer, Guns, Gowns?"
