Spanish Fork, UT

The Spanish Fork River as it leaves
the mountains and begins it's trek
into the valley floor. It's difficult to
see in the pic, but the opposite
bank overhangs the water and
drips year 'round into the rocks.

Great bike ride yesterday with a new friend.  We tooled along the Spanish Fork River along a level, paved trail for it was perfect for me & my 1973 road bike.

Ray is a cool buddy and laid back rider who
helped me solve the world's problems as we pedaled.

We stopped for take out lunch at a local place that's been
a Spanish Fork staple for over half a century.
