Monon Bell 2021

The mall was cool and colorful on Friday.
Winning the Bell from the drooling Dannies was a major priority this year, especially as Covid eliminated last year's contest and the new Little Giant Stadium had to wait an extra 12 months to host the Big Game.

Mikey & Greg highlight the huge tent hosting 603WW

As almost everyone concerned already knows and to alleviate any suspense for those who don't .  .  .  .  Wabash drummed the Dannies in a 42 to 35 drubbing, crowning a tremendous comeback from a 21 point deficit.

Yet the 603WW planners didn't limit the weekend activities to fun and games.  On Thursday evening several 603WW alums joined the actives for dinner at the shelter followed by several roundtable discussions with the purpose of aiding actives in their career searches.  Steve Wakefield provided a memorable address on leadership, then alumni and actives sat at their tables to discuss what the real world in various career paths was truly like.

Delt advisor and Wabash Professor,
Austin Brooks attended the evening at the shelter.

Hutch, Jimbo & Randy were on site in September,
solidifying plans that they'd been preparing since last year.

The committee planning the 603WW activities had been busy for many months, preparing the details and logistics that made this weekend the grand success that it proved to be.

The new stadium was packed with cheering Little Giants.

What a Game!!  After a dreary 21-0 start,
Wabash came from behind to win back the Bell!

Wabash Sports Page, Click Here.

Back in the tent, the cheers were, loud, long,
and punctuated the chorus as everyone sang
"Old Wabash."

Before the day was out, these shirts
were available on the internet!
