50th Reunion!

Having moved away from Franklin, IN immediately after graduating high school, I never reconnected with my classmates until this reunion.

If fraternity brother Steve hadn't married a classmate of mine, I never would even know about this reunion.  As it turns out Brenda, Steve's wife, graduated with me in 1972 AND she was a key member of the reunion committee.  So .  .  .  things fell into place and I attended my first high school reunion.

Peggy Paris and her husband, in the light blue shirt,
invited the class to his "man cave," a full blown,
fully functioning, garage where he works on
and stores his automobile collection of
classic cars.  Murph, Bill Green, Mr. Paris, Bob Yant.

Susie Buckler, Debbie Lucas Williams, Brenda Wakefield, Suzanne Miller

Suzanne, Bob, Bill, Carol Smith McCallum

Learn something new every day .  .  .
I learned that our class of 1972 was the100th class
to graduate from Franklin Community High School!

This beautiful quilt by Joyce Burton Beaver,
was auctioned later in the evening.

The hearts on this tree reminded us of
classmates that are no longer with us.

A small group of us extended the party in downtown, Franklin.
