West Virginia, June 15-19, 2020

Beech Fork State Park, Barboursville, WV

Sunrise view from our campsite

West Virginia was a terrific visit!  Our campsite was directly on the water with lots of space for a feeling of genuine privacy.  Although we did without cell service and no internet, we found our time, views and natural surroundings to be "wild & wonderful!"

Our RV trek from Eastern KY to WV
Mr. & Mrs. Mallard paraded across our site.

Our campsite on the lake.  And the camera couldn't
capture it all, we had so much room!

We enjoyed 9 holes of disc golf.

We toured the entire campground by bicycle.
A newly built memorial in the park for our veterans.
The white tubes are protecting just-planted trees recognizing our Gold Star families.

This was HALF our normal crowd of Canada geese.  We loved their company in our site.

So West Virginia is now added to our map.
