Seto: For Tourists

A temple in Seto
Certainly much of the day was pottery focused, yet we still saw many sights that would please most tourists.

All the best photos were taken by Jada.

Interesting roof icon at the temple.

The temple featured these lanterns,
which we also saw at other temples.

This arch was at the entrance to
the street leading to
the above temple.

One of many clay art pieces
adorning the bridges in town.

We discovered this little cafe and
stopped here for lunch.

A small lunch counter and two tables
besides our table.  A small place!

This Maneki-Neko waves at us from inside.

Tempted to pick broken pottery pieces from
this basket, Jada refrained.  She knows
more art can be created from
even these pieces.

At a few construction sites
Jada noticed much of the soil had
numerous pot shards, both recent and much older.

A business in the shopping district
