Regatta Fireworks

This was a "local" weekend as Jada and Murph visited spots in Evans City, Zelienople and Cranberry Township, arriving at Lake Arthur for the Regatta.

All the best photos here were taken by Jada.

The day began in Evans City at our new
favorite breakfast spot.

Lunch was back at Primantis, but
this one is in Cranberry Township.

The big sandwich is now one of
Jada's favorites.

After happy hour at ShuBrew in Zelie,
Murph captured Jada soaring!

The next morning began with thick fog, but
it burned off as the sun brightened.

This log cabin at the park was the scene for a movie filmed
at Moraine State Park, The Pale Blue Eye.

While hiking, Jada collected some
delicious wild blackberries.
Look closely, can you see the moon?

It's time for the LASC, MSC and DHBoss to sail their
boats to the big raft-up for the fireworks!

As the sun set, over twenty sailboats
rafted together .  .  .

.  .  .  Twenty-six in total!

Easily visible from shore.
To keep the long raft in line,
Captains Cassano & Murph dinghied
an anchor into position.

The fireworks were tremendous.

On Sunday morning, LASC hosted everyone for a terrific pancake breakfast.
