Day 17 Rt 66 to Miami, OK

Day 17 following Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica.  Given the Oklahoma sights, I'm feeling like I'm finally out west.  A guy sat at the American Legion tonight wearing a black cowboy hat, yellow scarf, and smoking self-rolled tobacco.

service station, just a memorial to Rt 66.
